How do I activate my first tenant? ›

Create an account, pick a plan and provisioning starts automatically in seconds. You'll find your API key ready in the dashboard under Cloud → Customer Keys.

Is my data stored? ›

No. Text sent to the API is never saved. Only encrypted mappings (with configurable TTL) are kept to allow de-anonymization — never the original text.

Can I use Pseudora Cloud with OpenAI or other LLMs? ›

Yes. Integrate Pseudora Cloud as a proxy before any API call: text is anonymized, sent to the model, and the response comes back with protected tokens. Your LLM never sees real data.

What happens if I exceed my plan limits? ›

Excess requests are rejected with HTTP 429. You can upgrade at any time from the dashboard, with no data or configuration loss.

Can I cancel at any time? ›

Yes, without penalties. Your tenant stays active until the end of the already-paid period. No notice required.
