Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026 — effective upon account creation.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Pseudora Cloud API, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

2. Service description

Pseudora Cloud provides an API-first PII anonymization engine and a cloud control-plane for managing detection rules, tenant isolation, and usage reporting. The service is provided "as is" in its current development stage.

3. License

Subject to payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service during your subscription period. You may not sublicense or resell the service.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to process data without a legal basis, attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary models, abuse rate limits, or violate any applicable law.

5. Payment and renewal

Subscriptions are billed in advance. Licenses expire at the end of the billing period unless renewed. Refunds are issued at our discretion for billing errors only.

6. Uptime and SLA

We target 99.5% monthly uptime for the API. Planned maintenance is announced with at least 24 h notice. No SLA credits are offered in the current early-access period.

7. Liability limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend access immediately for material breach (non-payment, abuse, illegal use).

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Milan, Italy.
